Sugar Cloud Baking Company is amazing! I LOVE cake, and I was especially excited about the process of choosing our wedding cake. Serena was so personable, and we really enjoyed getting to know her during our tasting! Our tasting was so much fun! We loved Serena and her work immediately - choosing her as our cake baker was such an easy decision. She worked with us to design a perfect wedding cake and even offered us a second tasting about a month before our wedding so that we could finalize our flavors and taste a seasonal flavor (the apple hummingbird - it was to-die-for). My husband STILL raves about the Chocolate Perfection. I even called Serena about 2 weeks after our wedding to place an order for his Chocolate Perfection birthday cake! We can't wait to continue using Sugar Cloud in the future!
Serena was SO wonderful, and her dessert table was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. We came to Serena about a month before our wedding date because our previous baker backed out on us. Immediately, Serena set up a tasting and she was incredibly punctual for our entire relationship. Even more importantly than her excellent communication and INCREDIBLY reasonable prices, her desserts are so so good. I got so many compliments from my guests, they were totally enamored of her baking. I cannot recommend her enough!
Serena was so wonderful to work with and our cake was absolutely beautiful (and delicious, too!!). My husband and I do not live in North Carolina and she made time to meet with us when we made trips up to plan our wedding. She scheduled a tasting with us and was available for phone appointments when we had questions. She also has lots of interesting and yummy flavors to choose from. I would highly recommend Serena for anyone planning a wedding! She will not disappoint!
Serena created an amazing dessert bar for my daughter's wedding!! She listened to what the bride and groom had to say and put together beautiful and delicious cookies and cakes that incorporated family heritage from both sides of the family. The Hungarian cookies, Highland beer pops, macaroons and Scottish cookies flew off the table. Her creativity and dedication to "pure" ingredients is obvious in everything she does. In addition, she went out of her way to make sure the "goodies" arrived in Georgia in perfect shape.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this bakery! Serena and her team are so talented... doesn't matter what you have them create, they are sure to impress. From cakes to pastries to doughnuts... they have you covered. Beautiful displays and very reasonable pricing. 5 stars all the way!
